

Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. in the courtyard on sunny summer days, and in the large vaulted kitchen as soon as it gets cooler. Breakfasts are copious, and consist of homemade jams, orange juice, yogurt, cereal, and of course good bread.
And so begins the makings of a good day, with all the help you might want in preparing your daily programs.
